At María Gracia, we work to ensure that every pair reaches you in perfect condition. We take care of every detail of the process and shipping to ensure that you receive an impeccable product made with dedication.
Our shoes are made to order, especially for you.
For this reason, we do not issue refunds or exchanges, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
Defective products or manufacturing flaws
If your product has a manufacturing defect, you may request a replacement within two weeks of delivery.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with no signs of use and properly sealed. Once received and verified, we will proceed with the exchange.
Products damaged in transit
If your order arrived with damage caused during shipping, we will exchange the product, applying only the cost of return shipping and re-shipping, provided you notify us within two weeks of delivery and return the damaged item.
Incorrect products
